Adam Bowden
Passionate about coaching and developing people and businesses using a flexible approach for providing a culture of empowerment, innovation, and growth. 35 years of extensive manufacturing experience and expertise in Leadership, general management, manufacturing operations, quality systems, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
As an experienced change agent, he has led numerous process improvement initiatives resulting in top-line and bottom-line growth across a range of industry sectors and geographies, in the U.S. states, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
Works with Executives to assess and set up improvement initiatives/deployments and to facilitate improvement initiatives, which include initial assessments, leadership engagement / training / coaching, metric benchmarking, business case and leverage point guidance, team selection, communication planning, event planning, training team members, rapid optimization of operations / new processes pilot, launch and replication, and result and impact measurement.
