Denise Archie and Marcus Archie are joint founders and CEO of both Coaching College and Australasian Centre for Work Education RTO:40857.

The Leadership Principle: Strategic Project Leadership is a multiple-award winning model which has been facilitated over the last 13 years in Mining, Manufacturing, Transport and Construction industries.

Our workshops focus strongly on balancing the ‘soft skills’ with the ‘technical’ and takes a holistic, practical and interactive approach to Stakeholder engagement.

Denise Archie

Point Founder and Director of The Academy of Mental Health and Counselling. Denise is also a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Author, Educator, Coach and Speaker.

Denise has a private therapy practice, working with clients both in the business and private sector. Her passion is working with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Phobia and Identity issues. She also facilitates workshops and run therapy-based programs. She brings to every facilitated workshop and coaching session, high energy, diversity with a left field approach to the ‘self-discovery’ learning space.

Through her association with professionals in the industry and her continuous upskilling as an educator and practitioner, so as to always work with a current understanding of values, philosophies and standards applying to work in the mental health sector and in coaching health and wellbeing.

 

Marcus Archie

Marcus Archie

Marcus is innovative and versatile, offering in-depth experience in professional and education organizations. He combines a strategic approach with critical thinking and strong planning, boosted by his organizational and communication skills.

Marcus is recognized for his expertise in Strategic Leadership. He has worked with leaders from executives to frontline leaders across a range of organizations and industries, from large Government Departments and Primary Resource Companies to medium and small organizations.

Marcus has been acknowledged for his ability to connect and motivate team members to solve business dilemmas and implement workplace cultural solutions. He is able to independently plan and direct high-level business affairs. He has a strong work ethic ensuring he delivers a quality product.

Marcus is committed to professional ethics, standards of practice, and the personal and professional enhancement of people through learning. He has been a valuable contributor to Coaching College being a multiple award-winning company.

 

Adam Bowden

Passionate about coaching and developing people and businesses using a flexible approach for providing a culture of empowerment, innovation, and growth. 35 years of extensive manufacturing experience and expertise in Leadership, general management, manufacturing operations, quality systems, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

As an experienced change agent, he has led numerous process improvement initiatives resulting in top-line and bottom-line growth across a range of industry sectors and geographies, in the U.S. states, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.

Works with Executives to assess and set up improvement initiatives/deployments and to facilitate improvement initiatives, which include initial assessments, leadership engagement / training / coaching, metric benchmarking, business case and leverage point guidance, team selection, communication planning, event planning, training team members, rapid optimization of operations / new processes pilot, launch and replication, and result and impact measurement.
